As part of our activity as a professional organization, we may collect:

  • Personal data: your last name, first name, email address, telephone number, business address, CV, your role in your company, your login credentials on our site or our extranet.

  • Technical data on your use of our website or our extranet.

Use of your personal data within Efatam

Efatam collects your personal data:​

Efatam neither sells nor rents any personal data to third parties. We only share your personal data with our subcontractors and partners for one-off, defined assignments. In any event, they only receive the data necessary to perform the service and are not authorized to use this data for other purposes.

In addition, we may communicate your personal data in order to:

Processing of your data within Efatam

Your data is processed by Efatam's employees and, for certain assignments, by our subcontractors. We limit access to your data as far as possible to only those employees who need it.

 

Retention of your personal data

Efatam undertakes to delete your personal data from its files within a maximum of 10 years after the end of the contractual relationship or the end of your membership, or alternatively within a maximum of 5 years from the date of the last unanswered contact.

Efatam regularly updates its files and mailing lists to remove inactive users and contacts.

 

Your rights are as follows

In accordance with current legislation, you have rights over your personal data:

  • Right of access to your data: you have the right to request information about the data we hold about you.

  • Right of rectification: you can request the modification of your personal data if you consider it inaccurate or incomplete.

  • Right to erasure of your data: you can request the deletion of your personal data. Note, however, that this data is necessary to allow you to benefit from some of our services.

  • Right to portability of your data: you can retrieve your data and transfer it to another organization.

  • Right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your data.

  • Right to withdraw your consent to the use of your data at any time.

  • Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL: without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL if you consider that the processing of your personal data by Efatam does not comply with GDPR obligations.
